Enrolment Procedures

St James College is a Co-educational Catholic Secondary Day School in the Edmund Rice Tradition. Students attending this college are eligible to complete junior and senior secondary high school courses which meet the requirements of the Queensland Curriculum & Assessement Authority and  are recognised throughout Australia.

2018 Enrolments

Applications for Enrolment are now being received for Year 7 and Year 8 for 2018 and beyond.

Parents and carers who are considering sending their child to St James are urged to download the enrolment package from our website or contact the College Office on 3230 8600.

Submitting an Application for Enrolment

If you wish to submit an Application for Enrolment at St James College, please complete the Application for Enrolment Form and return it to the College along with copies of all of the following:

  • Latest School Report
  • Latest NAPLAN (Literacy and Numeracy) results
  • Any psychological or EAP reports
  • Any other relevant medical reports
  • Copy of full Birth Certificate

Upon receipt of the above documentation, our College Receptionist will phone you to make an appointment for an interview. We require your daughter/son to attend the interview with you.

It is important to make sure that all the relevant documentation is included as failure to receive the above will impede the enrolment process.

Offer of Enrolment & Enrolment Fee

If your interview is successful your child will be offered a place at St James College.

At the time of accepting an offer of enrolment, an enrolment fee of $200.00 is required to hold this place.
