ERA for Change
On Friday 24 February the ERA for Change group, an Edmund Rice Student Advocacy Network held the Annual Student Gathering Day – “We Are All Born Free”.
Students from St James College joined other students from other EREA Schools and Flexi-Centres for a day of inspiration and networking based around justice and advocacy and also looking at the events the group will support and hold throughout 2017.
This year the day was hosted by St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace.
We thank these students for their attendance and support of this important day; Goushiga Gopalakrishnan, Eugene Ndipange, Samuel Silver, Riley McIntosh, Jasmine McFadyen, Maryjane Koch, Brayden Joel Davis, Mark Zernike, Bridget Aitchison, Lachy Plater, Tanesha Osborne and Jacob Forker-Freeman.
ERA (Edmund Rice Advocacy) for Change is a student led advocacy network helping to raise the voices of those who are seldom heard.
We will be leaving St James at approx. 8.30am and returning at approx. 2.30pm and the following students will be representing our College.
