Three Jimmie’s Performance Dance Troupes showcased their skills at the Evolution Dance Competition held at Moreton Bay College last weekend. Their performances saw them walk away with first place in the Hip Hop division and third place in the Contemporary and Jazz divisions.

St James College Dance Teacher and Cheer Coach Jessee Young praised the students on their results.

“I am so proud of the students for achieving such wonderful results for their first competition of the year, it is a testament to the students’ hard work and dedication.”

“This is a massive achievement for our extra-curricular dance program at St James,” Ms Young added.

The dance troupes are setting their sights on future competitions, eager to build on their success.
